**Key Duties**
- Direct Patient Care: Offer direct care tailored to the specific needs of individual patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
- Monitoring & Assessment: Continually observe patients, recording any significant conditions and reactions to treatments, drugs, or other medical interventions.
- Medication Administration: Administer prescribed medications to patients, ensuring proper dosages and observing for potential side effects.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with a multidisciplinary medical team, ensuring cohesive and comprehensive care for patients. This includes regular communication with RNs, physicians, and other medical professionals.
- Patient Education: Inform patients and their families about medical conditions, treatments, and preventive care. Address any concerns or questions they may have.
- Documentation: Maintain thorough, accurate, and current patient records, ensuring that all relevant medical information is accessible and organized for the care team.

**Job Type**: Contract

Pay: From $29.30 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 45 per week
