Childcare Provider

Location: Green Bay

Wage: $18-21/hour
- Depending on experience and qualifications

Hours:

- After school: Daily Monday-Friday 3-6
- Available for Early dismissals (5 hour shift) and no school days (11 hour shift)
- 5 hours per week (flexible hours) so mom can run errands etc
- NEW SUMMER HOURS**
- During Summer Vacation the hours would increase to full day shifts: M-F from 7am-6pm hour shifts (During the workday)
- Shifts can be divided up among workers, depending on availability (can be discussed at time of interview)**

- Positive attitude, caring and understanding individual
- Reliable
- Can redirect behaviors
- Experience working with youth
- ABA Experience
- RBT (ABA) Experience
- Educational Background
- Medical Background

Needs:

- Supervision: Monitor for safety
- Positive activities in the community and socialization
- Redirection of negative behaviors
- Follow an After School schedule daily

**Requirements**:

- Provide 1:1 Supports
- Willing to undergo and pass a caregiver background check prior to hire
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Proof of Insurance & Registration
- NO smoking/vaping household
