Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as the Minister of LIFEGroups and Serve. This role is responsible for overseeing and leading our LIFEGroups ministry, as well as coordinating opportunities for members to serve within the church and the community.

**Duties**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for LIFEGroups ministry, including recruitment, training, and support for group leaders
- Facilitate the formation of new LIFEGroups and ensure the health and growth of existing groups
- Plan and coordinate regular events and activities for LIFEGroup members to foster community and spiritual growth
- Provide pastoral care, guidance, and Christian counseling to LIFEGroup members as needed
- Collaborate with other ministry leaders to identify service opportunities within the church and the community
- Recruit, train, and equip volunteers for various service roles within the church
- Coordinate service projects and outreach initiatives to meet the needs of our local community
- Manage conflicts that may arise within LIFEGroups or during service projects with grace and wisdom

**Skills**:This individual should have experience leading discipleship groups, under an on-campus group model. This position requires the character and spiritual qualities of a church leader. This individual should be relational and skilled in teaching/preaching and discipleship.

**Requirements**: Must be a devoted follower of Jesus Christ, have a heart for and a desire to disciple and shepherd adults. Must be highly organized, have gifts and talents compatible with the leadership and administration of Frisco First Baptist Church, and be willing to follow and implement the discipleship philosophy as set forth by the Senior Leadership Team. Must possess personal maturity as evidenced by the fruits of the Spirit and have a personal theology compatible with that of Frisco First Baptist Church. Capable of preaching when called upon is an asset.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
