Surveillance Investigator

GCS is a nationwide investigative/risk management company serving large insurance carriers who specialize in worker's compensation, general liability, and auto accidents. Our services include surveillance, onsite/offsite statements, activity checks, background checks, and other investigative endeavors.

We are currently seeking a part-time (with the potential for full-time) field insurance surveillance investigator to join our growing team of professionals.

Job Responsibilities:

- Upload video/photographic evidence into our online case management system

**Requirements**:

- Valid California Private Investigator License
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends as business dictate
- Ability to travel as needed to/from case locations in Northern California and other locations
- Ability to work independently
- Reliable vehicle with tinted windows, or willing to tint windows
- Must own a digital video camera, date and time stamp software with the ability to upload the video to an online server
- Cell phone to be in contact with SIU Manager
- Laptop or computer with MS Word to complete updates and reports and upload digital video
- Excellent communication, and writing skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Google Docs, Dropbox or other file-sharing software, and handling digital video
- Other supplies as needed to complete the job (Tripod, curtains for the vehicle, etc)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 40 per week

- Surveillance: 1 year (required)
- Writing Skills: 1 year (preferred)
- Clean Driving Record: 1 year (preferred)

- California Private Investigator license (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Stockton, CA: Relocate before starting work (required)
