**What You Need**:

- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- To be able to communicate effectively in English.
- To be able to frequently stand and walk.
- To be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
- To be able to bend, twist, squat, kneel, stand and walk throughout shift.
- To be at least 18 years old.

**The Primary responsibilities of the** **Custodian**:

- To ensure Safety is the #1 priority at all times.
- General cleaning of the building and keeping it maintained and in good condition.
- Disinfect commonly used items, touch point areas like door handles, office tools and phones.
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors, clean windows, dusting
- Cleaning and stock restrooms, breakrooms, and common office areas.
- Clean up spills with appropriate equipment.
- Notify supervisors or managers of major repairs.
- Collect and dispose of trash and recycling bins.
- Complete tasks in a timely manner with mínimal supervision.
- Keep cleaning supplies in stock.
- Other duties, special projects as assigned.

**SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES**

This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities currently.

**KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS**
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
- Ability to work safely with a variety of cleaning supplies and basic equipment.
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
- Basic math skills required.
- High School diploma or GED.

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Work Location: In person
