**Full-time Exempt role starting at $49,137.66/year.**

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health - Massachusetts, Webster House, is an off campus located in Webster, MA and serves co-ed youth, ages 6 to 12, in an emergency shelter. With a 1:3 staff to student ratio, the emphasis at Webster House is to identify and treat safety/risk factors, barrier behaviors, factors that precipitated placement, and facilitate reintegration of the youth to the family or next appropriate placement in the shortest time period possible, usually within a matter of days.

You will work with other dedicated professionals who share your passion for helping individuals in need. You would be responsible for the overall daily operations of a group home including program development, supervision of residential staff, management of program budget, integration of community opportunities for youth, and assurance of quality of milieu services.

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health - Massachusetts is located in Rutland, MA and serves individuals with complex mental health and behavioral challenges. **This position is located in Webster, MA** and is responsible for the safety and security of all youth as assigned and provides and ensures therapeutic interventions in a compassionate and safe environment.

Qualifications:
**Job Qualifications**:

- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must have a valid drivers license
- Bachelor’s Degree in psychology, sociology, social work, education or other related field or High School Diploma with 12 years relevant Human Service experience** required**:

- Minimum of 3 years experience in a residential treatment setting with a minimum of 1 year supervisory experience **required**:

- Ability to complete 2 weeks orientation training, Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm, in Rutland
