Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Worship Leader with recent contemporary worship leading experience with a band. We do not have or use a choir. The Worship Leader will be responsible for planning music each week, scheduling and communicating with musicians, leading and overseeing the music and worship team, and helping to create a spiritually enriching experience for our congregation.

Archibald Ranch Community Church (ARCC) is a family of ethnically diverse, multi-generational people, with current Sunday attendance around 75. We have a great band All of our musicians and vocalists are competent or professional players and singers. ARCC is right in the middle of thousands of new homes being built so we are preparing for growth. Currently, we have one service at 9:30 a.m. on Sundays.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, lead and direct the music and worship team for service and rehearsal. We use Planning Center, Multitracks, ProPresenter for music, scheduling and media
- Select appropriate music. Our worship style is contemporary (Bethel, Hillsong, Elevation)
- Coordinate with the Pastor to plan worship services that align with the overall theme
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure a cohesive worship experience

**Experience**:

- Must have your own instrument (preferably guitar) and be proficient in playing. A high quality singing voice is also required.
- Previous experience in leading worship services
- Strong leadership skills to guide and inspire the worship team
- Ability to effectively communicate with team members and congregation

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 10 per week
