Mailroom Clerk

Barshay, Rizzo & Lopez, PLLC is a law firm specializing in No Fault/Workers Compensation Collections, Consumer Rights and Protection Litigation, and Commercial Litigation. We are seeking a reliable, hard-working, and detail orientated Mailroom Clerk to join our team. No experience necessary, only a willingness to learn.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Handling all incoming/outgoing mail**:

- **Distributing mail to appropriate departments**:

- **Scanning documents into operating system**:

- **Printing and compiling files for court**:

- **Data entry**:

- **Administrative support such as sorting, filing, and drafting correspondence.**

**Qualifications**:

- **Must possess excellent work ethic**:

- **Ability to multitask**:

- **Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office**:

- **Excellent verbal & written communication skills**:

- **High School Diploma**

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to Relocate:

- Melville, NY: Relocate before starting work (required)
