- Interfacing with current clients, providing frequent case status updates.
- Managing high volume docket of cases.
- Managing assigned case manager and medical clerk.
- Filing and responding to motions.
- Taking and defending depositions.
- Drafting demands.
- Attending mediations and hearing.
- Federal and State petition drafting.
- Responding to and requesting federal and state discovery.
- Reviewing medical records.
- Conducting legal research.
- Evaluating exhibitions.
- Team player willing to assist where necessary.
