**Description**

Reporting to the Department Manager and under general supervision, according to established procedures and protocols, the Cardiovascular Technician will perform treadmill stress testing, Holter monitor hook-ups, event monitors and the accompanying scanning or recording all test data and ensuring data is processed and labeled for review to be interpreted by dictating physicians.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Completion of EKG Tech Program from an accredited vocational school or college.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- 6 months experience in an acute or ambulatory care setting.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Associate's Degree.
- Certificate in arrhythmia recognition and interpretation upon hire.
- ACSM-CEP Certification upon hire.
- EKG Technician experience.
