**Duties**
As a Construction Superintendent (ELECTRICAL TRADE), you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish. Your duties will include:

- Supervising and coordinating all construction activities on-site
- Managing and directing electrical workers
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and OSHA standards
- Monitoring project progress and ensuring it stays on schedule
- Conducting regular inspections to maintain quality control
- Collaborating with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met
- Managing project budgets and tracking expenses
- Must be able to positively identify different colors of wiring. Wear personal protective equipment (hard hat, safety glasses, safety vest) at all times

**Skills, Knowledge, Abilities**
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:

- Experience in industrial and/or commercial electrical systems
- Demonstrable ability to use electrical and hand tools (e.g. wire strippers, voltmeter etc.) and electrical drawings and blueprints
- Thorough knowledge of safety procedures and legal regulations and guidelines
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Knowledge of budgeting processes and ability to manage project costs effectively
- Understanding of quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet standards.
- Must have valid Driver's License and own reliable transportation.
- Must meet attendance standards and comply with late/absence notification procedures
- Excellent working knowledge of the Building Codes
- Must be able to work 8 hours a day, 40 hours per week, and overtime as required and night shifts, as needed. This position requires flexible work hours. In order to get a project completed on time, this position may be required to work overtime, weekends, and night shifts.

Pay: $45.00 - $60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 70 per week
