LaBarge Homes is a custom residential construction company founded on making the home building journey efficient comprehensive and enjoyable. Based in West Harwich, LaBarge Homes has projects spanning from Falmouth to Provincetown. LaBarge values our clients and our team, with a goal of providing quality crafted homes while providing a strong family-oriented culture encouraging the work life balance of our team members.
We are expanding our team and have an immediate opening for a Project Manager. This team member will be responsible for custom home new construction and renovation projects, ensuring projects are executed per plan specifications, honoring the design intent, while staying on schedule and on budget.
**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:
- Ensuring projects are executed per plan specifications and honor design intent
- Managing trade schedules and daily trade communications
- Inspecting work performed by trades and approved per scope of work
- Managing on-site material orders and receiving deliveries per project schedule
- Representing the company during on-site meetings with clients, architects, trades and inspectors
- Submitting daily logs into client management software (BuilderTrend)
- Scheduling and executing inspections in a timely manner
- Managing daily operations on-site to ensure smooth workflow across all trades and materials
- Ensure a clean and safe project site, adhering to all state and local safety codes and regulations
- Overseeing and ensuring timely punch-list completion
- Maintaining current certifications for first aid. CPR and OSHA
- Performing other duties as needed to support the LaBarge team.
**Desired Qualifications**:
- Minimum of five years of construction experience, with a focus on residential projects.
- Knowledge of local building codes, residential construction principles and practices, including safety standards
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Proven project management and scheduling experience, with proficiency in relevant software.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong problem solving skills.
- Excellent organizational skills
- Willing to work in both field and office environments
- Physical ability to handle tasks involving lifting up to 50 pounds
Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
