**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Thorough Documentation**: Maintain meticulous client charts, including assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes, ensuring adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- **Team Collaboration**: Engage actively in team conferences and meetings, fostering a culture of support and collaboration to optimize patient care.
- **Test Result Guidance**: Provide compassionate support to patients regarding toxicology test results, offering guidance and follow-up as needed.
- **Regulatory Compliance**: Ensure all participant records meet agency, DHS, DEA, and CARF standards, contributing to a streamlined workflow and optimal organizational compliance.

**Desired Qualifications**:

- **Essential Credentials**: Possession of Wisconsin CSAC, SAC, SAC-IT, LPC, or LCSW credentials is a must for this role.
- **Medication-Assisted Treatment Experience**: Prior experience in medication-assisted treatment, particularly with suboxone/methadone, is desirable but not a deal breaker.
- **Communication Skills**: Exceptional verbal, non-verbal, and written communication skills are crucial for fostering patient engagement and effective team collaboration.
