As a Quality Assurance Specialist for our agency, you will be working with the Web Services, Content Creation, Social Media, SEO & PPC teams. This means that you work well with team members and communicate effectively by providing written descriptions and direction. You have a positive attitude with a solution-oriented mindset, can stay organized, and prioritize projects in a high-volume workflow.

You will primarily be focusing on testing both new and existing websites for design, responsiveness, text (spelling), functionality, ADA guidelines, and other possible bugs.

We will provide a variety of devices with various browsers for testing purposes and you will provide clear and detailed notes on what you find, complete with screenshots and/or screen-recorded video when needed. Additional responsibilities may be added as the position evolves.

Testing responsibilities including but not limited to the following:

- Basic functionality: Checking links, navigation, sliders, popups, etc.
- Design: Does the appearance match the intended design?
- Responsiveness: Is the website responsive in mobile browsers on various devices?
- Performance: Does the site load within a reasonable time frame?
- Accessibility: Does the site meet accessibility standards?
- Reviewing scope of requests against actual work completed to ensure all aspects of the request were met.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in English
- Highly detail-oriented
- Highly skilled in written and verbal communication
- Must live in the Phoenix area.
- 2+ years experience in a similar role/field
- Development languages and platforms: PHP, HTML, CSS, JS, cPanel, MySQL
- WordPress: various page builders, admin dashboard, slider plugins, SEO plugins.
- SEO: basic best practice for websites.
- Software: Google Sheets (or equivalent), Photoshop, browser development tools, Page Speed Insights (or equivalent)
- WCAG 2.0 (ADA guidelines)
