**Job description (Medical Assistant) or (Licensed Practical Nurse)**:
Responsibilities & Requirements:

- Minimum 18 years of age
- **_Must_**_ _**be certified or registered nationally or with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
- Experience in primary care is preferred, but not necessary
- Ability to work well with and show respect toward co-workers, physicians, patients and their family members
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with other staff and patients
- Able to perform tasks while upholding high standards of quality, cleanliness, and kindness
- Physical endurance for frequent activity; ability to lift a minimum of 20 pounds
- Work at a brisk, but accurate pace alongside any of our physicians
- Employee’s main responsibilities will include checking a patient’s vital signs upon arrival, going over patients’ medical history, small inter-office procedures, speaking with patients in regards to lab results, and working alongside our providers to give our patients the best care possible.
