Jet IN is seeking highly motivated **Weekend Night Shift Customer Service Representative **with an unwavering commitment to safety, excellent customer service skills, and a keen eye for detail. The Jet IN facility is a brand new, state-of-the-art, ground-up development and will be the premier Fixed Base Operator (FBO) at the largest airport in the state of Wisconsin.

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) represents Jet IN with a professional and “can-do” attitude. The CSR is the first point of contact for Jet IN’s customers and creates the first and lasting impression of Jet IN.

Duties and Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

- Greet crews, passengers and anyone that may use Jet IN’s facilities.
- Check in with crews and passengers and assess any needs. Assist with getting standard amenities for flights such as coffee, ice, papers and catering. Direct crews to their passengers. Follow up with crews and passengers frequently if they need any further assistance.
- Resolve any crew or customer complaints in a professional manner. Find a way to creatively problem solve that will help and benefit the customer and mitigate issues.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism when answering telephones, Unicom radios, and communicating with Line Service over the radio.
- Uphold the uniform policy and look professional at all times.
- Take reservations for arrivals, rental cars, hotels and other requests and accurately record them in the system.
- Occasionally drive passengers and crews to hotels and restaurants.
- Dispatch customer and crew requests to Line Personal in a timely manner.
- Process payments in Jet IN’s point of sale system.
- Keep work area neat and presentable at all times.
- Stock, organize and maintain hospitality inventory.
- Maintain and clean all hospitality areas. Make sure common areas such as lobby, pilots lounge etc. are neat and orderly.
- Follow all Airport Authority badging requirements and security procedures.
- Initiate Emergency Action Plans when needed.

Working Conditions:
CSR’s will be mostly working in an office environment with occasional outside activity. Outside activity may expose CSR to:

- Extreme heat.
- Extreme cold.
- Rainy conditions.
- Snow.
- Noisy conditions.
- Freezing rain.
- Wind.
- Humidity.

Physical Requirements:
On a day-to-day basis, CSR’s must be able to stand or sit for 30 minutes or more, reach and grab items, stoop, kneel, walk distances, climb small ladders, step stools and be able to balance or reach items on shelves. Must be able to lift 20 pounds or more when needed.

Other Requirements:

- Must be 18 years of age.
- High School Diploma.
- Must have excellent customer service, communication and writing skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and Power Point).
- Detail oriented.
- Maintain a current and valid Driver’s License.
- **Weekend night shift schedule of either Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Saturday, Sunday, Monday; 1pm - 9pm**

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
