Job Summary:
**Duties**:

- Conduct assessments to determine clients' housing needs and eligibility for programs such as Section 8 and LIHTC
- Provide counseling on addiction issues and crisis management as needed
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and laws
- Utilize social work skills to advocate for clients and connect them with community resources
- Utilize property management software such as Yardi or OneSite for data entry and tracking
- Implement motivational interviewing techniques to empower clients towards self-sufficiency

**Experience**:

- Knowledge of Section 8 and LIHTC programs
- Experience in addiction counseling is a plus
- Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations and laws
- Ability to handle crisis management situations effectively
- Background in social work or related field
- Proficiency in property management software like Yardi or OneSite
- Skills in motivational interviewing techniques
- Understanding of relevant housing laws and regulations

Pay: $50,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift

- working within the Social Services Field: 2 years (preferred)
- CARES: 1 year (preferred)
- Brokers: 1 year (preferred)
- Landlord: 1 year (preferred)
- Lease Signing: 1 year (preferred)
