**Who are we looking for?**

**What’s distinctive about this position?**

Under general direction, the Fulfillment Coordinator provides operational support to the Banking Operations Services Fulfillment area manager, overseeing task assignments, scheduling, training, and monitoring the team's work to ensure compliance. This is a hybrid work position requiring at least two days on site per week.

**What are some responsibilities of this position?**
- Oversees the coordination and monitoring of daily work and carries out these responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Coordinates daily work assignments, employee trainings, and planning. Addresses complaints and resolves problems.
- Determines work procedures for, and ensures adequate coverage of, all duties in department, including scheduling of hours and time off. May provide coverage for these duties as necessary.
- Plans and facilitates regular team meetings.
- Ensures the thorough training of team members, and plans rotation of duties. Instills an atmosphere where cross-training and teaming are the norm.
- Responsible for daily review of applicable reports and ensures accuracy and compliance.
- Assists in creating reports to analyze trends and volumes.
- Responsible for identifying and reporting unusual and suspicious activity under the requirements of the BSA/Anti-Money Laundering Act. Responsible for compliance with OFAC/USA PATRIOT Act and the Customer Identification Program as applicable to the position.

**What are some requirements of this position?**
- Associate’s degree, with an emphasis in Business Administration preferred. 3-5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous leadership experience desired.
- Working knowledge and understanding of corporate and consumer products and services.
- Familiar with Uniform Commercial Code, NACHA, ACH, major personal and business credit cards, IRA’s, and other applicable laws and regulations pertaining to transaction accounts and the banking system.
- Ability to provide leadership and promote a team player environment.
- Ability to deliver high level of customer service by demonstrating patience, diplomacy, and professionalism in communications.
- Ability to act with initiative and demonstrate flexibility in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and assignments. Ability to identify, investigate and develop solutions to problems that may occur.
