**Duties**:

- Set up bars for operation, obtains cash bank and stocks service bar.
- Assures an adequate stock level is maintained.
- Prepares a limited variety of simple alcoholic beverages as requested by patrons and wait staff.
- Identifies persons who become unruly or who appear intoxicated, resolves the problem or seeks assistance in accordance with established procedures.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- A one year probationary period may be required.
- Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
- Satisfactorily complete a minimum of 4 hours initial food sanitation and safety training withing the first 30 days of employment and a minimum of 4 hours refresher training annually.
- Availability and willingness to work a rotating shift which may include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Satisfactorily complete all pre-employment checks in accordance with AR 215-3 to include a medical examination.
- Required to complete a Tier 1 background investigation for a Common Access Card for physical access to federal controlled facilities.
- Physical Effort: Regularly lifts and carries items up to 40lbs.

- 2. Be able to lift and carry weights up to 40 pounds.
- 3. Possess math skills necessary to calculate patron bills and take inventory.
- 4. Skill in mixing and serving alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages.

**PCS Costs**
- Payment Permanent Change of Station (PCS) costs are not authorized, based on a determination that a PCS move is not in the Government's interest.

**FWS Allowances and Differentials**
- This is a federal wage schedule (FWS) position.
- All FWS employees are entitled to overtime work for work in excess of 8 hours in a day or in excess of 40 hours in the administrative workweek, whichever provides the greater benefit to the employee.
- Regular full-time, regular part-time (to include those in a limited tenure appointment category) and regularly scheduled flexible employees are entitled to Sunday premium pay when working Sunday shifts. A FWS employee will be paid a night shift differential of 7.5% for the entire shift when a majority of the employee's regularly scheduled non-overtime hours of work occur between the hours of 1500 and 2400. A FWS employee will be paid a night shift differential of 10% of the scheduled rate if a majority of the employee's regularly scheduled non-overtime hours of work occur between the hours of 2300-0800.

**Incentives and Bonuses**
- Incentives will not be paid.

**Non-Foreign Overseas Allowances**
- Non-foreign overseas allowances, cost of living (COLA), and differentials will not be paid, contingent upon eligibility.
