**THE JOB OVERVIEW**:
We are seeking a dedicated graphic designer to join our growing Marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with the Sales & Marketing team to create effective eye-catching and impactful images, projects, and campaigns to increase our B2B and B2C business. As a graphic designer, we hope you can put your passion for design to create beautiful images and compelling content. Your duties will include developing graphics for print and digital platforms to enhance our brand platform across all communication touchpoints. In addition to basic design work, you should be proficient with multiple visual programs such as Photoshop and InDesign and be familiar with layouts and graphic fundamentals.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Create and design various materials for digital and print
- Select colors, fonts, images, and layouts
- Ensure projects are completed in a timely manner with a quality product
- Advise best practices and optimizations throughout design projects.
- Collaborate with the sales & marketing team to develop new approaches for creating more expressive graphics for the company
- Work with a wide range of media and graphic design software
- Enhance creative direction for the company within brand aesthetic guidelines
- Design projects that ensure company branding is consistent, clear, and impactful.
- Create visualizations that convey accurate messaging for the project.
- Manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions
- Determine voice and messaging for graphic design pieces
- Develop a Quality Assurance process for design projects for errors
- Implement feedback and changes when needed
- Coordinate project production with vendors

**JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILL SETS**:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a creative field
- Minimum of two (3) years’ experience in graphic design
- Proficiency in programs such as Adobe Suite, Photoshop, InDesign, QuarkXPress, and Illustrator
- Possess strong conceptual skills, a high-level sense of design, layout, and typography, and a broad thinker who can offer a variety of design solutions
- Expert knowledge of the graphic production process
- Work well with tight deadlines in a team environment
- Able to take projects from start to finish with mínimal supervision
- Experience with both print and digital media
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong creative, organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills
- Self Motivated
- Attention to detail
- Portfolio of work with a wide range of creative projects
- Strong analytical skills
- Familiarity with HTML and CSS

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
