**Description**:
As the Front Desk Receptionist, you will:

- Exhibits a genuine cheerful and friendly demeanor at all times.
- Approachable, warm and helpful.
- Conducts self to reflect the high standards of professionalism within Concord.
- Answers telephones and directs the caller to the appropriate associate.
- Greets and directs visitors to the company.
- Takes and retrieves messages for various Concord team members.
- Provides callers with information such as company address, directions to the company location, company fax numbers, company website, and other related information.
- Receives sorts and forwards incoming mail. Maintains and routes publications.
- Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.).
- Keep mail room and storage areas orderly and hazard free.
- Complete the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies.
- Clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing and collating.
- Administrative support for the various department leaders.
- Stocks break rooms with supplies and keep the break rooms tidy. Run, unload and put away dishes in break rooms.
- Manage office equipment and assists other associates with the operation of office equipment.
- Publishes OnCue each week.
- Follows safety and security procedures.
- Learn, understands and refers to the Concord Operating Procedures.
- Order catering for meetings.
- Keep water stocked for visitors.
