Payroll Specialist

**Payroll SpecialistSalary Range**: $60,000 $70,000Work Location: 4 Tech Circle, Natick MA- Prepares and processes Bi-Weekly payroll.Develops and manages timesheet verification that will meet audit and controlstandards.Calculates prorated salaries, retirement/termination data, leave of absence payments,and contractual payments.Develops regular schedule of payroll preparation, review, and verification. Communicates with school personnel regarding payroll schedules and procedures.Issues W2s and other tax related forms. Collaborates with Human Resource staff regarding employee status changes and payrolladjustments required. Provides customer service by responding to multiple payroll-related inquiries involving avariety of issues which require detailed research and analysis. Completes reporting and submits payments to Massachusetts Teachers RetirementSystem, MA State Retirement System and other vendors associated with standardpayroll deductions. Monitor employee deductions. Education Requirement: Associates degree or higher
- Experience using Infinite Visions is preferred. Minimum of three-year municipal/public education payroll experience
