Lawn Foreman

_Florida Commercial Care, a commercial landscape industry leader for over 27 years, is looking for a driven experienced Lawn Foreman that is reliable with an excellent work ethic. Applicants must be knowledgeable and proficient in the daily use of weed-eater, edger, mower, blower, and hedge trimmers._

The Foreman will be responsible for executing site level tasks on client sites. The Lawn Foreman will direct the work of 2-5 other employees and ensure assigned tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to the quality standards set by Florida Commercial care, Inc, and our clients. Lawn Foreman’s will oversee crews working in varying service lines including basic maintenance including all commercial lawn maintenance equipment and landscape installation.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Maintain a schedule and ensure service expectations are met.
- Surface customer problems or concerns and report back to Landscape Coordinators.
- Proactively assist in resolving issues with customer service when needed.
- Ensure work is performed safely and in accordance with company policies.
- Communicate regularly with Landscape Coordinator to ensure client needs and expectations are consistently met or exceeded.
- Deliver services as specified on client sites.
- Work to identify more efficient ways to perform work.
- Coordinate service execution with Landscape Coordinators.
- Oversee day to day site operations and delegate work to crew team members.
- Working with Landscape Coordinator, help to develop and train crew members.
- Ensure equipment preventative maintenance is performed as needed and equipment is in good working order.
- Other tasks and duties as assigned by Landscape Coordinator and Field Operations Manager.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience overseeing and running a lawn crew.
- Knowledge of nomenclature of plants, grass, weeds, trees, and bushes.
- Clean/Valid Driver’s License.
- Must be 21 or older.

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
