Business Analyst

**Job Responsibilities
- Provides for the aggregation/flow of data and information across functional areas in business scope.
- Provides technical guidance on the existing environment including interactions with peripheral software and business units, testing, and training.
- Develops a thorough understanding of available software and maps business requirements to available solutions.
- Prepares data analysis and reporting/workflow analysis.
- Recommends alignment of workflow with technology. Uses objective evidence to evaluate impact.
- Ensures consistency of processes within business function areas and points of interface with other disciplines.
- Provides support for the development and implementation of primary care evidence-based protocols, policies, and procedures.
- Supports the implementation of improvement plans and new initiatives as well as the promotion of sound business analysis and project management principles.
- Leads implementation of assigned projects and initiatives within the business scope and cross-boundary initiatives. Ensures assigned projects meet all business objectives and timelines. May perform additional duties as assigned.
**Additional Requirements**
Certification - EPIC Cadence certification preferred
Experience - Decision Trees experience is preferred
Education - Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (or 4 years of experience in lieu of degree)
