Funeralwise Preneed Services is a national, independent, Funeral Preplanning Company. We don't work for or represent any funeral homes, but our clients can use the funeral plans we help them set up at any funeral home in the country. Our independence provides significant benefit and advantage to our clients, as well as our Preneed Specialists. And we proudly serve as the Preferred Funeral Pre-Planning Company for the Non-Commissioned Officers Association of the United States.

We are looking for an experienced, licensed, Preneed Insurance Agent who wishes to earn more by becoming independent. This is a unique career opportunity for the right Preneed Agent to join an ELITE PRENEED SALES ORGANIZATION.

**What We Provide**:

- _Above Average Compensation_- Our agents receive 30% more in commissions than the average funeral home preneed agent. We pay more because we expect more.
- _Independence_ - Most good preneed agents fail to meet their full potential because they are limited to representing one local funeral home in a market that has many to choose from. Our independence allows us to pre-arrange every client regardless of the funeral home they wish to use.
- _Full Training on our products and system_ - If you are trainable and manageable, we will provide you with the training and support to meet your full potential in this position.

**Qualifications**:

- Must be a _"go-getter"_ with a _"whatever it takes"_ attitude.
- VERIFIABLE track record of sales success.
- Must be highly trainable and a quick learner. We will provide all the necessary training for our products and system.
- Must possess an active Arizona Life Insurance License
- Must possess the ability to effectively and consistently close the sale with a **no pressure**, consultative approach.
- Reliable transportation
- Willingness to travel to appointments throughout assigned territory (Phoenix and surrounding area)
- Must be trustworthy and possess a strong work ethic.
- Must possess the ability to work independently and effectively manage daily tasks.
- Must be willing to follow company guidelines and reporting requirements.
