Premium Club Server

**SUMMARY**:This position provides counter food and beverage service to all Clubhouse members. You will handle electronic payment transactions and maintaining cleanliness in a high-volume operation.**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Accept orders and relay to kitchen in a timely manner
- Accept payments and give receipt of payment
- Assemble and serve food to guest
- Follow basic food safety guidelines
- Clean concessions area after event according to closing procedures
- Special projects and assignments as business dictates

**SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- This position has no supervisory responsibilities

**SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS**
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to work with electronic payment devices and give receipt of payment
- Previous customer service experience
- Experience in another counter service preferred
- Effective communication skills
- Organized and attentive to detail
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times
- Ability to work independently

**PHYSICAL DEMANDS**
- Ability to transport 50+ lbs.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time

**CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS**
- Must obtain a passing score on the Team certification course
