QA Analyst

ICF’s Digital Modernization Division is a rapidly growing, entrepreneurial, technology department, seeking a QA Analyst to be part of an established team supporting our federal client in Washington, DC.
Our Digital Modernization Division is an information technology and management consulting department that offers integrated, strategic solutions to its public and private-sector clients. ICF has the expertise, agility, and commitment to design, build, and operate high-performance IT engines to support all aspects of our client’s business.
The Team
Supports the DoS modernization effort to automate all business processes within the department’s cloud ServiceNow Platform. The team follows Scrum methodology to support the CICD release methodology in a rapidly growing, entrepreneurial, technology.
Position Responsibilities:
- Providing technical test engineering expertise- Perform, plan, and support tasks related to operational test and evaluation requirement- Write and execute test scripts, test cases and test scenarios- Work with external teams as part of an Agile team-
- Document defects and provide reporting to management personnel for the purposes of correcting software/documentation- Support requirements/acceptance criteria development**Secret Security Clearance Required**
**Required Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related IT field or equivalent experience- 2+ years of experience supporting Testing/Software QA requirements- US Citizenship required due to federal contract requirements.- Must have active Secret Clearance- MUST RESIDE IN THE United States (U.S) and the work MUST BE PERFORMED in the United States (U.S) as this work is for a federal contract and laws do apply.
Desired Skills:
- Ability to understand requirements and interpret into Test Cases- Service testing on Oracle SOA ESB and Windows- Testing in a highly integrated environment- Functional and System Requirements Analysis- Back-end, ETL and Database testing- Demonstrated expertise with Software QA processes and industry-best practices- Hands-on expertise with both manual and automated testing (all areas - functional, regression, load and system testing)- Experience with automation tools- Expertise with test case development- Experience working in an Agile development environment

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position. The pay range for this position is:
$54,063.00 - $91,907.00
