Position Summary:
In the role of Compliance Data Analyst at Empower, you will be instrumental in enhancing our compliance framework within our 503B Outsourcing Facility and 503A Compounding Pharmacy. Reporting to the VP of Compliance, your primary responsibility will be to harness data to fortify our compliance strategies. By meticulously collecting, analyzing, and interpreting compliance-related data, you will ensure the integrity and effectiveness of our operations.

Your contributions will span across developing sophisticated databases and analytical tools to monitor key compliance metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement, and generating insightful reports for both internal stakeholders and regulatory bodies. Your analytical prowess will be crucial in conducting thorough assessments of regulatory adherence, encompassing cGMP and USP standards, among others.

Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with the compliance, quality assurance, and operational teams to refine our compliance measures. Your insights will not only guide internal audits but also aid in the preparation of reports for regulatory agencies. As regulations evolve, you will adapt data processes to meet new requirements, ensuring Empower remains at the forefront of compliance excellence.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Collects, analyzes, and interprets data related to compliance activities for both 503B Outsourcing Facility and 503A Compounding Pharmacy operations.
- Develops and maintains comprehensive databases and reporting tools to track key compliance metrics.
- Collaborates with compliance and quality assurance teams to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement based on data analysis.
- Generates regular reports and dashboards to communicate compliance performance to internal stakeholders and regulatory authorities.
- Conducts data-driven assessments of regulatory compliance, including adherence to cGMP, USP standards, and other relevant regulations.
- Assists in the preparation and submission of compliance reports to regulatory agencies.
- Participates in internal and external audits, providing necessary data and analytical support.
- Contributes to the development and enhancement of data-driven compliance strategies.
- Stays informed about changes in regulatory requirements and adjusts data collection and analysis processes accordingly.
- Collaborates with IT and other departments to ensure the security and integrity of compliance-related data.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Knowledge and Skills:

- Proficiency in data analysis tools, databases, and reporting software.
- Knowledge of cGMP, USP standards, and other relevant regulations in the pharmaceutical industry.
