Responsible for scheduling service orders repairs for The Earle Companies fleet of vehicles and equipment.

**ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS**:

- Working with Company based Maintenance Software, to maintain, track and generate equipment, and reports needed.
- Able to generate equipment reports and report daily and weekly as needed, for scheduling.
- Maintain Equipment Daily Logs (DVIR’s)
- Writing service orders for a variety of equipment and vehicle repairs
- Contacting outside vendors for warranty, recalls, and sublet repairs.
- Communicating with internal personnel on status of repairs and projected completions
- Communicating with field personnel for repairs needed and updates.
- Maintains automotive records by recording problems and corrective actions planned.
- Prepares repair orders (RO) by describing symptoms, problems, and causes discovered, as well as repairs and services required.
- Coordinate parts arriving with sourcing group and work entered on the schedule.
- Maintains Technicans Timecards/Work Orders and processes for payroll purposes.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading manufacturers' publications.
- Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

**SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE**:

- Familiar with maintenance and repairs for vehicles and heavy equipment
- Excellent Communication, Customer Service & Problem-Solving skills.
- Excellent Computer Skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlooks)
- Act in a professional manner at all times with both internal and external customers.
- Maintain a neat and orderly workstation which should be cleaned up at the end of each shift.
- Work independently in the absence of supervision.
- Understand and follow oral and written instructions.
- Maintain physical condition appropriate to the performance of assigned duties and responsibilities.
- Maintain mental capacity which allows for effective interaction and communication with others.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain accuracy.
- Must possess a commitment to high standards, integrity and ethics.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
