**Job Summary**:
As Facility Maintenance you will be responsible for facilitating and conducting a wide range of construction projects for the repair and maintenance of all Green Truck properties and mechanical equipment used in our operations. You will be responsible to assist Management with the planning, budgeting and coordinating of all construction or maintenance related projects to ensure the properties are operating efficiently. This position requires experience in a vast range of construction fields including, but not limited to, framing, drywall, painting, finish carpentry, minor electrical, minor plumbing and general maintenance. Your duties will vary depending upon the size and scope of each project and you will be responsible for all communication and scheduling with any subcontractors, if necessary, for larger projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conducting interior and exterior renovation projects and improvements to properties
- Coordinating subcontractors and service providers for large projects such as electrical, HVAC, security, etc.
- Maintaining properties landscaping, grounds and snow removal
- Conducting preventive maintenance to ensuring that properties are running efficiently
- Assist with resolving unexpected facility emergency repairs as they arise
- Assist with estimating and overseeing budget for construction projects
- Advising company on measures to improve the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of the facilities
- Ensuring that all facilities meet compliance standards and local code
- Planning for the future by forecasting the each facility’s upcoming needs

**Required Skills/Abilities**:

- Self-directed with strong time management skills and ability to multitask
- Strong communication skills and ability to clearly communicate technical information
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills
- Following blueprints and building plans
- Constructing building frameworks, including walls, floors and door frames
- Proficient with installing doors and windows
- Proficient with operating power tools, saws, and other construction equipment
- Proficient with painting and spraying
- Basic knowledge of Electrical
- Basic knowledge of Plumbing
- Basic knowledge of HVAC

**Education and Experience**:
High School Diploma or equivalent

At least five years with a wide array of construction experience

**Physical Requirements**:
Extensive walking, bending, kneeling and crouching

Standing for long periods of time without sitting

Ability to work in an environment with exposure to kief, strong cannabis odors, and some degree of solvents and cleaning product odors.

Comfortable climbing ladders and working on roofs

Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds

**Additional Requirements**:
Must be at least 21+ years of age with a valid State ID

Must have valid drivers license and personal transportation

Must be willing to conduct criminal background check

Must meet requirements for valid Maine Office of Cannabis Policy RIC and IIC identification cards

Must sign an employment agreement, which includes but is not limited to, a non-compete and confidentiality clause.

**Compensation Plan**:
This position starts at $20 - $25 per hour based upon construction experience. Individual evaluations will be conducted every six months and all individual goals and facility maintenance projects will be reviewed. Compensation increases will be the decision of upper management at each review period.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
