Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or cracks
- Mix paint and other materials to achieve the desired color and texture
- Cover surfaces with drop cloths or masking tape to protect surrounding areas
- Ensure proper ventilation and safety precautions are taken while working with paints and chemicals
- Repair damaged areas and touch up paint as needed
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
- Follow safety guidelines and regulations at all times

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Painter in a professional setting
- Strong knowledge of painting techniques, tools, and materials
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods of time
- Knowledge of drywall repair, caulking, plastering, frame carpentry, trim carpentry, construction painting, and welding is a plus

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
