Shop Helper

**Pay Rate**: $17-$19 per hour

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Schedule**: Monday - Friday, 8-hour shifts (Weekends and overtime as needed)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with sanding, staining, and labeling packages as needed.
- Lift and move wood sheets.
- Provide support to the CNC operator.
- Perform shop cleaning and maintenance duties.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Must be punctual and reliable.
- Must have a reliable means of transportation.
- Ability to lift wood sheets and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Must be drug and alcohol-free; our company enforces a zero-tolerance policy due to the machinery environment.
- Willing to undergo a 90-day trial period. Successful completion will lead to a full-time position.
