Treasurer/collector

The Town of Rutland is currently accepting applicants for a full-time Treasurer/Collector.

The Treasurer/Collector is responsible for performing a range of daily administrative and supervisory functions including, but not limited to, associated with the collection of all taxes (Real Estate, Personal Property, Motor Vehicle Excise, Water and Sewer usage), investment and disbursement of all town funds and the issuance of short and long-term debt.

This position is 40 hours per week, exempt & non-union with a starting hourly rate between $40.54 and $46.24 (MTP6) dependent on qualifications. Rutland offers an excellent and comprehensive benefits package.
