Cannabis Retail/ Reception/Budtender

Our team is growing We are looking for a positive, hard-working team player for a Full-time position as a Receptionist /Fulfillment/Budtender. Our employees are responsible for providing the highest quality of service to customers at all times, as well as keeping our dispensary clean and organized. They must be friendly and professional during all interactions with customers and other guests, as well as perform all tasks as directed by management. Pay is determined by experience and qualifications.

**Qualifications**:

- Must be 21+
- Ability to pass background check
- Must obtain IIC card
- Ability to work under pressure
- 1 year of retail/customer service experience required
- Reception experience preferred, but not required.
- Strong data entry skills and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate quickly, efficiently, and clearly in person and on the telephone in a
friendly, knowledgeable, and positive manner
- Work well under pressure/ability to multitask/high volume sales
- Experience and knowledge in the cannabis industry. (Not required but must have basic
knowledge of cannabis and ability to learn quickly.)
- Be punctual with reliable transportation
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Speed and efficiency required
- Flexible and organized
- Must be able to establish and maintain effective, respectful working relationships with all employees
- Strong problem solving skills
- Passionate about high end, boutique cannabis
- Ability to lift at least 50 LBS.

**Responsibilities Include**:

- Act as the first point of contact at Paul’s Boutique (in person and through online/telephone communication with customers) First impressions are important
- Check in existing customers to the retail storefront in a quick, efficient, and compliant manner
- Understand Loyalty program and have ability to assist customers with setup
- Set up new customers in the POS system in a quick, efficient, and compliant manner
- Update and maintain customer accounts in the POS system
- Facilitate compliant cannabis sales for online and curbside pickup orders
- Perform additional retail duties as needed
- Cash Handling/Cash Register
- Restocking and cleaning store
- Keeping up to date on new developments and laws in the cannabis industry
- Have an understanding of cannabinoids and their uses
- Have a strong understanding of and willingness to follow company policies and procedures.

Pay: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
