Pdn Lvn

We are looking for great PDN nurses (LVN's & RN's) for our wonderful patients in the Conroe area; Needing all shift coverage (depending on Case).

The nurse will focus on the medical needs and medical treatment that is ordered for the patients, in their homes. They will be expected to assess their patients' conditions multiple times during every shift and provide skilled nursing care. Document timely in Kantime EMR.
