Responsibilities:

- Answer phone calls.
- Organize hard copies and electronic copies of legal files.
- Some secretarial/paralegal duties.
- Deliver documents to court houses and banks.
- Run errands.
- Ability to effectively communicate with the public and clients.

Experience: Ability to effectively use Microsoft 365/Office software, including Work, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Dependable vehicle is required for part-time runner duties.

Salary commensurate with experience and qualifications. Performance bonuses applicable based on success.

Pay: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
