We are excited to add a Revenue Operations Analyst to our team

As a RevOps Analyst at Truework, you'll work with various teams and leaders in our GTM function to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of our revenue-generating processes. In this role, you'll be focused on improving our overall deal rigor and executing on the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of our RevOps tech stack.

**At Truework, you would be responsible for**:

- Managing and optimizing our deal desk process
- Conducting monthly audits of customer contracts to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Partnering with relevant stakeholders to address invoicing discrepancies and resolving issues promptly
- Ensuring data integrity within our tech stack and performing regular data checks to maintain clean and accurate records
- Assisting in report building and contact segmentation in Salesforce, HubSpot, and 6sense for targeted marketing campaigns and sales initiatives
- Providing system support to marketing, sales, customer success, finance, and legal teams as needed

**What we're looking for**:

- Highly self-motivated contributor who works well as an individual and within a team environment
- Works well in a fast-paced environment, often under tight deadlines
- 1+ year as a CRM admin preferred. Equivalent experience could be 1+ year of data management including data imports, data hygiene maintenance, and report building
- Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets
