MOR doctors are the official team physicians for the Chicago White Sox, Chicago Bulls, Chicago Fire Soccer Club and DePaul University Athletics.

**Responsibilities**
- Initiates and maintains Credentialing files for all Physicians, Physician Assistants, Nurse Practitioners, Fellows, Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Nurses and Athletic Trainers
- Tracks physician appointment and reappointment deadlines with area hospitals, keeping all physicians active and up-to-date without disruption
- Provides education and orientation for new providers for credentialing process
- Ensures credentialing functions meet applicable NCQA standards
- “Point of contact” for associates, supervisors, physicians, vendors, Medicare and state licensing representatives, supplying time-sensitive information in an organized fashion
- Expedites the credentialing process with hospitals, surgery centers, state and federal agencies, malpractice provider, and all payers
- Facilitates transition to “paperless” credentialing -creating forms and reports as needed
- Knowledge of credentialing processes in a healthcare setting
- Excellent computer skills including, Credentialing software, Google Drive/Applications, Adobe Editing products, Microsoft Office and database creation
- Ability to act diplomatically and confidentially while maintaining good customer relations with vendors, physicians and supervisors
- Must be organized

**Education and/or Experience**
- Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
- 1-2 years' experience in credentialing or equivalent preferred
