**What You Will Do
- Prepares specifications from engineering change notices, customer specifications, and/or published data sheets.
- Maintains customer specifications files; reviews customer drawings and data; translates customer language into standard procedures and product flow.
- Ensure that all technical documentation is clear, concise, and meets industry standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all technical documentation is consistent with company policies and procedures.

**What You Must Have**
- High School Diploma or equivalent and 6 years additional education and/or related experience.

**Bonus Points For Having
- Possess operational and maintenance experience on submarine combat control systems, sonar systems, exterior communications systems, navigation systems, or electronic warfare systems. Naval Nuclear Power operational experience

**Physical Requirements**

Most work is performed in an office environment with the possibility of some time spent aboard ships or in industrial conditions. Able to work on and climb ladders. Able to work in extreme temperature environments, aboard ships, in shipyards, under industrial conditions and in confined spaces. Environment may involve high heat, humidity, noise, and dirty conditions. Travel may be required within and outside of the continental United States.
