Full/part Time Front Desk Job Night 3rd Shift

Matthews, United States Comfort Inn by Choice Hotels Full time

We are an upper-mid scale hotel in Matthews, NC who is looking for Part Time 3rd shift front desk agent for 2 fixed days a week and Full Time 5 days fixed a week. Fixed hours of 3PM-11PM. Our team here believes in a friendly environment and work together. This job will be a walk in the park for someone who needs a fun job as we make our work area fun.

Previous hotel experience is not needed, but it will be a plus and deciding factor if there is one.

Job Responsibilities
- Room Assignments, Changes, and Issues
- Checks guests into and out of the hotel in an accurate, speedy, and courteous manner.
- Efficiently handles all payments received whether they are cash, credit card, checks, or traveler's checks. Balances/verifies all monetary transactions in the appropriate accounts.
- Offers guests assistance whenever possible.
- Answers inquiries pertaining to hotel policies and services.
- Responsible for positively representing and promoting the property.
- Ensures that the lobby and front desk area is clean, organized, visually appealing, and well stocked with all necessary supplies.
- Reports any maintenance, security, or safety issues to the appropriate staff.
- Other duties as assigned by managers.

Pay will be with industry average or above ($12.00 to $14.00) with small bonus every 3 months based on experience and performance of the employee and hotel.

Again, this will be a relaxing front desk job as we believe in making a fun work environment.
