R28911 Product Specialist - Electrical

YOUR IMPACT:

- Research and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for new product development or enhancement.
- Create new sales order configurator components that expand the product offering.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, and sales to define product requirements, features, and specifications.
- Review and communicate option conflicts to design personnel and support in resolution in bill of material change projects.
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers, assisting with product selection, troubleshooting, and problem resolution.
- Stay informed about industry regulations, standards, and certifications to ensure product compliance and quality assurance.
- Work on or lead projects to keep sales configurator data up to date and accurate; projects are team based or individual.
- Maintain text, pricing, and component compatibility for the sales order configurator.
- Develop comprehensive product documentation, including technical datasheets, user manuals, and training materials, to support internal teams and external customers.
- Identify consistent bill of material errors and implement changes to correct the errors.
- Translates sales orders into engineering bill of material.
- Support internal Sales with product information.
- Support various product training programs where needed.
- Focus on obsolescence and communicate with engineering, purchasing, operations, etc. for efficiency of replacements following the process.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing/Sales, Engineering or related field.
- Three (3) or more years of experience

STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS:

- Demonstrate strong verbal, written and presentation competencies.
