Mobile Custodian

We are looking to add a mobile janitor, also known as a float, to our team. As a float, you would be responsible for providing coverage where necessary at various accounts. **Operating area includes Grand Rapids, Shelbyville, Lake Odessa, Bellevue, Battle Creek, Delton and surrounding areas.** Do you like variety in your work? **Full time position available**:

- **Part time**: Monday-Friday: mainly first shift hours but could include some midday or afternoon hours (9pm would be the latest you would ever get out)

**Pay: $18/hr.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Vacuuming
- Mopping
- Dusting
- Cleaning restrooms
- Removing trash
- Operating a floor scrubber or similar floor cleaning equipment
- As well as other cleaning tasks as assigned

**Requirements**:

- **Great attendance**:

- Ability to clean in a variety of environments including medical settings, schools, manufacturing settings, offices, etc.
- Reliable vehicle to drive during shift
- Ability to pass a criminal background check, drug screening, ability to submit fingerprints to the state of Michigan to be authorized to work in public schools, and ability to pass a motor vehicle records check
- 18 years of age or older with valid ID
- Ability to work efficiently while upholding company’s quality standards
- Maintain effective communication with supervisors/managers and other team members
- **Cleaning experience required.**

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 35 per week
