**Title**: Laborer

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Salary**: $20-25/hr (paid weekly)

**Type**:Full time - 40 hour work week. 4 - 10 hour shifts.

**Availability**:Monday-Friday 7:00am - 5:30pm. Occasional weekends and overtime

**Location**:In-Person - at shop and jobsite. Must be willing to travel

Under the direction of the Foreman, the Laborer is responsible for assisting in the completion of tasks as directed. This includes but is not limited to construction demolition, cleaning and organizing of company tools and equipment, tracking time accurately, and keeping the site clean and organized.

**Major Responsibilities**
- Ensures the Job Site is cleaned, tools set up / put away, and the job site locked up daily.
- Assists Foreman and skilled laborers in basic tasks.
- Keeps the shop, tool container, equipment yard, and company vehicles clean.
- Accurately tracks time daily. Report any time card errors or injuries to your supervisor as well as on your daily sign-out.
- Understands and abides by company safety standards on all job sites.

**Skills, Qualifications, and Knowledge**
- Exhibit RWC's core values.
- 1-2 years minimum (full-time) experience required.
- Physically capable of manual labor (be able to pass a physical exam).
- Follow verbal directions.
- Work well with others.
- Own transportation to and from the job site.
- Clean DMV record and valid Driver's license.
- Able to read, write, and speak English fluently (Spanish is an asset).
- Able to complete the task list in the order given.
- Must be able to work unsupervised.
- Safety conscious.

**Requirements**:

- Have a Valid Driver's License and reliable Transportation
- Speak English Fluently (Spanish-Bilingual is a plus)
- Be capable of lifting 50 lbs or more repetitively.
- Be capable of working unsupervised.
- General Construction knowledge is preferred but not required for laborer positions.
- Applicants should maintain a sense of urgency while on the clock while maintaining quality of work.
- Experience with general power tools and safe working practices
- Applicants must be punctual.
- The ability to hustle and move quickly is a must
