Home Inspector

We’re looking for an experienced, passionate home inspector. A current member of ASHI is preferred, but all experienced inspectors are welcome. We are looking for a detail oriented individual with outstanding client service and communication skills. We’ve been in the home inspection business for 31 years and we’d like to provide you with all of the tools and support to become a successful home inspector

**Job Requirements**
- Education (required): High School or GED
- Good driving record (required)
- Experience (preferred): 5+ years of ASHI home inspection or construction experience in Delaware, Pennsylvania, or Maryland
- Experience (required): 1+ years of inspection or construction experience
- Language (preferred): Bilingual - Spanish and English

Work Location: On the road throughout DE, PA & MD in the Tri-State area

Pay: $45,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Weekends as needed
