**Day Shift & Night Shift Available**

**Pay starts at: $18.75 per hour plus incentive pay, premiums, and shift differential.**

**1st Shift: 5:00AM- 1:00PM**

**2ndShift: 4:00PM- 12:00AM**

**Summary**: The Turret Forklift Operator is responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing material and products within the distribution center while operating a turret truck.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Read production schedule, customer order, work order, shipping order, and/or requisition to determine items to be moved or distributed.
- Bring overhead product down to pick bay.
- Stock and restock product in proper locations including overhead locations.
- Rotate stock according to date coding.
- Become proficient with NTS on both handheld and screen mount Telxons.
- Convey materials and items from receiving or production areas to storage or to other designated areas.
- Receive, record, put away, and rotate product. Sort and store perishable goods in refrigerated rooms.
- Use computer and/or Radio Frequency Unit to record and track product.
- Other duties and special projects as requested.
- Must maintain good attendance.
- Maintain safe work practices.
- Maintain safeguards of confidential company information.

**Knowledge, Skills & Abilities**: The employee must be proficient in basic math skills. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Experience as a certified powered industrial truck (PIT) operator is preferred. Employee must be able to be certified for PIT operation by DPI.

**Work Environment**: The work environment is indoors. The floors may be concrete. Moderate noise levels occur in the warehouse with powered industrial truck horns operating for safety.

Pay: From $18.75 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week

**Experience**:

- Cherry picker: 2 years (required)
- Turret Operator: 1 year (required)
