Seasonal Handyman

Job Overview:
General maintenance to the property as well as the buildings. Various manual labor task will be guided by a supervisor. These tasks will include but not limited to painting, mowing, building maintenance, cleaning, trash removal, and minor repairs.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding job that includes heavy lifting and standing
- Ability to take direction well
- Ability to communicate the status of your projects regularly
- Able to lift/carry 50lbs
- Frequently able to reach, climb, bend, squat, push and pull

This is a summer help position, May - Aug. College students are encouraged to apply, must be 18 years old. Driver’s license is a plus.
