Greet & interact directly with our customers, providing friendly service without exception.
- Explain our Unlimited Wash Club Membership options to all our customers.
- Manage all sales transactions & keep correct records.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate relevant information to store management.
- Responsible for assisting with the completion of all assigned daily tasks and duties of the store.
- Fully cross-trained to assist with operating & maintaining tunnel equipment, interfacing with payment systems & providing exceptional customer service in every way possible.
- This position requires occasional store transfers for training and other purposes.
- Must be willing and able to travel between stores within a 10-mile radius.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Effective time management
- Physically able to work on their feet in all weather conditions.
- Opportunity for growth and advancement
- No late nights

What you’ll bring to the team:

- Sales experience preferred.
- Ability to sell memberships.
- Must be customer service and goal-oriented, with high attention to detail and the ability to drive the business.
- Initiative-taking with effective communication skills, sales, and marketing experience a plus, team player.
- Ability to perform physical duties in inclement weather.
- Car Wash experience is a HUGE plus.
- A smile and a cheerful outlook


How is the pay program structured:

- Pay is bi-weekly.
- Base hourly pay
- Commission program
- Part time and full time is available.
- Multiple locations throughout Marion County and still growing.
- 401k with match after 1 year of employment and 20 years of age.
