High Point Applied Behavior Analysis is a boutique, clinician led ABA practice based out of Rhinebeck, NY. We are committed to making a positive impact on individuals' lives through evidence-based behavioral interventions.

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Licensed Behavior Analyst to join our dedicated team. As a Behavior Analyst at High Point ABA, you will play a crucial role in designing and overseeing behavior intervention programs for individuals with diverse needs. You will also play a critical role in leading our team of Behavior Technicians and shaping company culture. Position will begin as part time, with the potential to grow into a full time role. Cases are across Dutchess and Ulster counties.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Through weekly field supervision, provide ongoing monitoring and evaluation of client progress (25% of supervision and caregiver training can be provided via telehealth)
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated care and effective treatment outcomes
- Provide training and support to caregivers, educators, and other professionals involved in client care
- Produce progress reports to meet the requirements and submission timelines of funding sources

**Skills**:

- Master’s degree in Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, Applied Behavioral Analysis, or related program, required
- Active License as a Behavior Analyst (LBA) in the State of New York
- Strong clinical and assessment skills with a focus on evidence-based practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $70.00 - $85.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 25 per week
