Corporate Legal Specialist

**Your Role**:
As the, you’ll be providing law-related and senior-level administrative support to our in-house legal team for a publicly-traded company with a minimum of supervision.
**Responsibilities**:
- This position consists of a great deal of autonomous management and administration responsibilities and functions in various areas, including corporate; investor relations; securities; transactional matters; document preparation, management, and retention; intellectual property; risk management; litigation; and general department administration and support.
**Basic Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s Degree or HS Diploma (or GED equivalent) with 5 years’ paralegal work experience
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant work experience in a corporate environment, preferably publicly-traded company
- Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
- Strong attention to detail and proofreading ability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously and work independently to complete tasks within given deadlines
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Notary public certification preferred
- A creative curiosity, collaborative ethic, hardworking enthusiasm, and driving personal vision
- Excellent communication skills and team-working tendencies
- A penchant for multi-tasking and self-starting
- A genuine fascination for the EV field and a commitment to global change

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
