**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, implement, and evaluate high-quality educational activities that align with early learning standards.
- Regularly assess the development of children, adapting curriculum to meet individual needs.
- Ensure a nurturing classroom atmosphere that is safe and conducive to learning.
- Establish and maintain frequent communications with parents and guardians, providing updates on child development and daily activities.
- Participate actively in staff meetings, professional development, and training workshops.
- Effectively manage classroom resources and ensure all materials are available and in good condition.
- Monitor children consistently to guarantee their safety and general well-being.
- Work collaboratively with other staff members to maintain a smooth operation within the learning environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a closely related field is required; a Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred.
- At least 2 years of direct experience teaching preschool-aged children.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
- Familiarity with the educational and safety regulations of childcare.
- Demonstrable knowledge of preschool educational methods and practices.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical ability to engage in activities with young children.
- A strong passion for early childhood education and a commitment to fostering educational success.
